"Can you build and host our website?"
Yes. Please fill out and submit the repair service form on the Contact page. A consultant will call and discuss options.
"Do you handle emergency calls?"
It depends on our case load and available consultants. If you have an emergency call, fill out the Contact page form and note that you need emergency services. Keep in mind that we are not geared toward emergency services, so we may recommend a more suitable alternative.
"Can you help me while on the phone directly over the internet?"
Yes. We use remote software that will allow us direct access to your computer if needed. This is a great way to minimize fees associated with local calls, and save time on certain issues.
"Can you increase my network (wireless and wired) security and limit internet content?"
Yes. You will need to submit a repair service form on the Contact page since there are many ways to do this depending on your situation.
